Проект был выполнен по заказу Нанкинского университета, (университет Нанкина - одного из крупнейших городов, в прошлом столицы Китая) и муниципального правительства города Шаньтоу, провинция Гуандун. Под руководством замечательного архитектора Сергея Непомнящего.
Проект сверхплотной застройки на принципах Гелиотектуры - эффективного использования прямого и рассеянного солнечного света, светового зонирования и организации дальних видовых панорам для всех помещений.
Проект взорвал мозг своим объемом, огромные жилые дома - кварталы напоминают бродячий замок Миядзаки.
Я очень рад, что удалось сделать несколько непростых и душевных картинок, закат над китайской речкой и ночной спящий дракон не могут не радовать.
На градостроительном совете этот проект получил очень положительную реакцию, всем все понравилось. Теперь конечно интересно последить за тем, будет ли это воплощено и как.
В итоге получилось три этапа - три здания. Первое - 2 дракона за пылающей жемчужиной, второе - "Небесные сады", третий - "Волна". Хотя "садами" называется только второй проект, все здания утопают в зелени и парках.

The project was prepared at the request of Nanjing University (Nanjing University – the university of one of the largest cities, the capital of China in the past), and the municipal government of the city of Shantou, Guangdong Province. The project was led by a remarkable architect, Sergey Nepomnyaschiy. The project of the super dense development was based on the principles of Heliotecture – an effective use of direct and scattered sunlight, the light zoning and organization of distant panoramas for all rooms. The project blew one’s mind off by its magnitude; huge apartment buildings resembling Howl’s Moving Castle by Hayao Miyazaki.
I am very pleased that we managed to make some complicated and emotional pictures, the sunset over the river and the Chinese sleeping dragon at night cannot fail to make one happy. At the town-planning council, this project received a very positive feedback, everyone enjoyed it. Now it’s certainly very interesting to follow up whether the project is implemented and in what way. The result was three stages - three buildings. The first - 2 dragons behind the flaming pearl, the second - "Heavenly Gardens», and the third - "Wave». Although the "gardens" refers to only the second project, all the buildings are surrounded by greenery and parks.
